Figari cru vineyards
The vineyards in Marano di Valpolicella spread all around Cà Albasini, the house built by the family's ancestors, along the road to Valgatara. Here they are:
"Piani delle Spesse", two terraces bordered by woodland and facing the valley;
"Spesse", the first vineyard to be seen by getting down the Colle Masua hill;
"Montesei", "Pianigrandi", "Palosso" and "Piani degli Albasini", sorrounding "Cà Albasini" and the rural courtyard;
"Mirabelle", a vineyard facing the Valpolicella, bordered by a wood of chestnut trees;
"Figari", the largest vineyard in Marano di Valpolicella, located in the northside of the valley;
"Monterosso", a vineyard facing the village of Valgatara and bordered by olive trees;
"Antanél", a vineyard of three terraces, in the heart of the district called Villa;
"Piani del Monterosso", a small terraced vineyard on the way down to the valley of Marano;
