Amarone della Valpolicella is considered the most precious wine in Verona and one of the most important Italian reds. Appreciated by the most demanding consumers all over the world, it comes from the evolution of Recioto and is one of the oldest wines in the wine history.
Amarone della Valpolicella is a wine with a deep red color, turning top garnet with refinement. The scent reminds of dried fruit, tobacco and spices. The flavor is rich with clear notes of dried fruit. It's dry but very soft, full bodied, warm and vigorous; it is strong, with personality and can be stored over twenty years.
