Bottling the wine

Before summer arrives, the wines that complete the ageing process are bottled.
A final tasting with the oenologist and chemical analysis anticipates
the bottling part in order to figure out the necessity of possible treatments.
A filtering process always comes before bottling the wine.
The bottled wines are stored in special warehouses where, under a controlled temperature,
they age for few months before being put on the market.
