On September 12th 2018: the harvest begins at Villa Spinosa.
This was a particular year, marked by an advanced spring, which was followed on the contrary by a period of temperatures below average.
A very hot phase between the end of July and the first two weeks of August, a month of September with a perfect balance between hot days, as in the summer, and cool nights, that is an ideal night and day alternation, certainly the optimal condition for the maturation of the grapes produced in our Jago, Figari and Costa del Buso vineyards.
We have just started with the grapes to be dried, but we will soon move on with the vinification of the Valpolicella wines.
