GUGLIEMI DI JAGO'S CELLAR
The old cellar underneath the villa has been restored to turn it into the place where the Amarone Gugliemi di Jago will age for a long time.

Gugliemi di Jago is our long-aged Amarone line: wines, selected only in the best vintages, meant to be aged for years in wooden barrels and be sold after 10, 15 and 20 years from the harvest.
The old cellar underneath the villa has been restored and we have decided to turn it into the place where the wines will age for a long time.
The wines dedicated to our ancestors, the Guglielmi di Jago who built the villa, the cottages and the garden in the nineteenth century, will mature in the cellar built 200 years ago. This is a way to testify their foresight in building a cellar that experiences now its beauty after two centuries.
