We are very satisfied to end this year with further reviews, rewarding the work of Villa Spinosa and giving us new strength and good spirit for 2020.

Another year is about to end and we are very satisfied to end it with new reviews, which reward the work that the Villa Spinosa staff shares and manages every day with commitment and passion, from the vineyard to the cellar.
After the appreciation by Raffaele Cumani of Avvinando / TGCOM24 for "Albasini" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg 2011, listing among the 5 best wines tasted at the FIVI Market in Piacenza, and after the article that Paolo Massobrio and Marco Gatti dedicated to Villa Spinosa and our "Guglielmi di Jago" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Doc in the Unforgettable Tasting section of issue 72 of their magazine Papillon, another important review came. This time was the turn of Merum, the bimonthly magazine in German language, which is completely dedicated to Italian wines and olive oils. “Figari” Valpolicella Classico Superiore Doc 2016 was awarded Due Cuori and inserted in the Merum Degubox, a selection of the best bottles that the magazine’s subscribers can buy.
Guglielmi di Jago 10 anni" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Doc 2007 and "Albasini" Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg 2011 were awarded Quattro Rosoni by Vinetia 2020.
"Jago" Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Doc 2016 was awarded Due Bicchieri rossi in the Vini d’Italia 2020 guide by Gambero Rosso, whose editorial staff had selected this wine for the Tre Bicchieri finals, among other Italian excellent wines.
Other good evaluations come from the Bibenda 2020 guide edited by the Italian Sommelier Foundation: "Jago" Valpolicella Ripasso Classico Superiore Doc 2016 and Amarone della Valpolicella Classico Docg 2015 were awarded “Four Vines” and "Figari" Valpolicella Classico Superiore Doc 2016 was awarded “Three Vines”.
The excellent scores of our wines make us proud and are an incentive to kepp working like that in 2020 by telling the story of the Valpolicella through our wines, always bond to typicality and tradition!
