HARVEST 2016

Valpolicella, October 03th, 2016

Great harvest 2016 in the Jago, Figari and Costa del Buso Cru vineyards.
The grapes picked for Amarone and Recioto have been stored in the
PalaJago, the new fruit drying loft overlooking the Jago Cru vineyard,
and in the Fruttaio, facing the courtyard and the garden of Villa Spinosa.
From these grapes our wine makers and cellerers are going to produce Amarone and Recioto 2016.
Even the crushing and fermentation of Valpolicella Classico 2016 is going ahead very well.
