I am very glad to have the chance to talk to the fans of Villa Spinosa’s wines and visitors of the “Enoteca in Tinaia”
as well as to anyone looking for further information about the wines from the Valpolicella.
I chose to work with Villa Spinosa because the style of the wines produced in Jago
gives me the opportunity to make something concrete of my wine philosophy:
the indigenous varieties, grown on the hillside of the Valpolicella Classica,
turn into wines deeply bond to the territory and to the tradition,
into elegant wines aged in wooden barrels for a very long time.
I wish you can get the peculiarities of our wines and enjoy their style too.
