ONE WINE AND TEN TYPES OF WOOD IN COMPARISON

Tastings in Tinaia

Valpolicella, May 31st, 2017

It’s time for the first meeting of tasting for our wine aging in ten different tonneaux,
produced with woods of different features: the tasting follows the testing project
on French tonneaux with different characteristics for the aging of Amarone, we have started last December.
This tasting aims to understand how the wine evolves by changing the features of the wood where it is in:
Dr. Gianmaria Ciman and Dr. Enrico Nicolis, oenologists of Villa Spinosa, are going to run the tasting.
