“Caffè Arti e Mestieri” asks Enrico Cascella Spinosa for dinner on October 27th

Valpolicella, October 17th, 2017

Just onetable, twenty people, an exciting story to tell in the evening, on Friday October 27th.
These are the ingredients for “A table for twenty”, the second appointment at Caffè Arti e Mestieri, in the heart of Reggio Emilia.
This time there will be Enrico Cascella Spinosa sitting at the head of the table, presenting Valpolicella,
Villa Spinosa, his wines and the wine philosophy of his company.
The chef of “Caffè Arti e Mestieri”, Gianni D’Amato, will have fun by creating new recipes
able to interpret the wines and the history of the winery.
Here are the special guests: Valpolicella Classico 2015, ‘Jago’ Valpolicella Ripasso Classico 2013
“Albasini” Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2010 awarded “Tre Bicchieri 2018” by Gambero Rosso and
Francesca Finato Spinosa” Recioto della Valpolicella Classico DOCG 2011.
But the most important ingredient of the dinner will be the friendly spirit of the people sharing the passion for
excellence: for good wine and high quality food.
